Your registration fee includes:
- Entry to conference sessions
- Entry to trade exhibition
- Morning / afternoon teas and lunches during the conference
- Gala Dinner*
- Satchel Bag
- Program Book
*One day delegates are not entitled to the inclusive Gala Dinner tickets, however tickets can be purchased at the guest rate.
All online registrations will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration, together with a tax invoice receipt. Registrations will only be considered confirmed once payment is received.
Due to the nature and location of the social functions, children younger than 16 years of age are not encouraged to attend these social functions. If you require a babysitter or childcare, please speak to the concierge at the hotel.
As a courtesy to fellow delegates and speakers, please ensure your mobile phones are switched off during ALL conference sessions.
Audio/Video Taping of sessions
Audio or video taping of any of the Conference sessions is strictly prohibited.
All delegates are reminded to pay their hotel account prior to departure from the hotel. Each delegate is responsible for the payment of incidentals and room costs incurred as part of their stay.
Register online and pay by credit card. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and AMEX (cards will incur a surcharge of 1.5%)
If you are unable to pay by credit card, EFT transfers are also accepted. Full payment details will be stated on your tax invoice.
All cheques, international bank drafts or money orders must be made payable to "AFIF Ltd" and be drawn from a major Australian bank or personal / business cheque account.
All cancellations or alterations must be put in writing to the AFIF 2018 Conference Secretariat.
If cancellation is received in writing:
- Before 30 March 2018 - $100 cancellation fee will apply
- Before 27 April 2018 - 50% of registration monies paid will be refunded
- After 11 May 2018 - No refund will be given
Please note any accommodation booking cancelled within 30 days of the conference is subject to 100% cancellation fees charged directly by the hotel.
This years' conference will attract over 200 visitors from every state and territory in Australia. Draw your entire target audience to the one place at the one time and communicate with like-minded industry professionals.
Sponsor-supported table displays will be centrally located in the main foyer, with delegates congregating in and spilling out into the foyer during morning / afternoon teas and lunch each day.
